Load order: As long as it's after SOS2 then it should work.
Incompatibilities: None, I think.
This is my first time uploading something more advanced than a screenshot so I apologize in advance if something breaks.
Update 1: Added a quick patch for Dubs bad Hygiene, tell me if you encounter any issues.
