具体机制
内置均衡模式专精模式应急模式三种分配策略。均衡模式下每个工作优先分配技能排名前三的殖民者，同时保证每人工作量适中。专精模式下每个工作仅分配技能最高的一至二人，最大化单项工作的执行效率。应急模式下临时将医疗救援灭火设为最高优先级，暂停所有非必要工作。
支持设置自定义排除项，例如禁止某类人员从事烹饪工作，自动分配完成后可进行手动微调，同时支持保存多套预设方案方便快速切换。

Specific Mechanism
Built with three allocation strategies balanced mode specialized mode and emergency mode. In balanced mode each job is preferentially assigned to colonists with the top three skills while ensuring moderate workload for everyone. In specialized mode each job is only assigned to one or two colonists with the highest skills to maximize the efficiency of individual work. In emergency mode medical treatment rescue and firefighting are temporarily set to the highest priority and all non-essential work is suspended.
Supports custom exclusion settings such as prohibiting certain types of personnel from cooking. Manual fine-tuning is available after automatic allocation and multiple preset schemes can be saved for quick switching.
