Balance
The armor covers torso and neck and takes the middle slot so you can wear it with tribalwear, shirts, robes or dusters. Material and quality matters a lot.
Examples - sharp armor:
Plainleather (normal): 40 %
Heavy fur (normal): 62 %
Thrumbofur (norma): 104 %
Leathery stuff only. (If you insist on using wools and fabrics: Edit the .xml in this mod with a simple text editor, just open it, comes with instructions.)

CE patch included, I tried my best to balance this.
Comes with Simplified Chinese and Russian translations.
