Man-in-Black Choice

Man-in-Black Choice mod preview for RimWorld

When the Man in Black is about to arrive, the game pauses and lets you choose which mysterious stranger will answer the call.

When the Man in Black is about to arrive, the game pauses and lets you choose which mysterious stranger will answer the call.

Vanilla only sends him once, then blocks further rescues for sixty days — meaning a second colony wipe usually ends the run.

This mod detects every wipe and arranges a new rescue each time. It holds the game-over letter until the stranger arrives so the story can continue.
Each candidate is shown with a portrait, age, backstories, traits, and the skills you select.
