⌛ Modern History Menu ⌛

The vanilla History tab is three grey pages you open twice a year. This replaces it with a single-screen colony dashboard — stat cards, modern graphs, a searchable event feed, colonist leaderboards, and per-pawn history cards, all visible at once. Built to match the dark, modern look of the Nice Tab suite, with no dependencies.

✦ Features

  • Stat cards — colony wealth, population (with peak), days passed, enemy raids, colonists killed, and playtime at a glance.
  • Modern colony graphs — wealth, population, mood, and a brand-new power graph (generation, usage, and battery storage, sampled hourly), all redrawn flat and clean: subtle grid, compact axis labels, event marks, legend chips. Hover any curve for its value and the in-game date.
  • Icon controls — switch graphs with icon buttons, zoom with pie-fill range buttons (30 / 100 / 300 days, or everything).
  • Slaves on the population graph — with Ideology active, your slave count is tracked alongside colonists and prisoners.
  • Event feed — every letter in a searchable, pinnable list. Click to reopen, right-click to jump to where it happened.
  • Wealth breakdown — a third pane lists everything on the map by wealth impact, grouped (“Human ×25”) and expandable down to every individual item, building, and pawn. Searchable, sorted by value, click anything to jump to it.
  • One-click vanilla toggle — a small button in the top-right swaps back to the stock History window any time, and back again.

✦ Leaderboards

Rank your colonists in a proper bar chart — gold, silver, and bronze podium columns with portraits underneath, click any column to jump to the pawn. Around 40 searchable categories with hand-drawn icons: kills, damage, construction, cooking, mining, research, surgeries, time drafted, every skill, and more. The crown jewel is Biggest gainers — who gained the most skill levels in the last 30 days, computed from this mod's own daily history. No other mod can show it.

✦ Pinned Colonist Cards

Pin your favourite colonists to the dashboard (saved with your game). Every card gets a rendered portrait, lifetime records, and six switchable history graphs:
  • Skills — all twelve skills as coloured curves over your colony's lifetime.
  • Mood, Health, Rest, Food, Recreation — daily tracked percentages, each its own colour-coded curve.
History is sampled once per in-game day and stored in your save — the longer you play, the richer the story.

✦ Quality of Life

  • Type-to-search stat picker — find any leaderboard category in two keystrokes.
  • All text heights measured at runtime — plays nice with font-replacement mods and the tiny-text accessibility option.
  • Everything cached per tick and curves downsampled — negligible performance cost, even on huge colonies.
  • Click anything that looks like a pawn to jump the camera to them.

✦ Optional Integrations

  • Isekai RPG Leveling — pawn cards gain a seventh graph: RPG level over time, tracked daily like everything else. The leaderboards gain seven new boards: Isekai level plus all six attributes — Strength, Dexterity, Vitality, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma.
Detected at runtime — no patches, no hard dependency, nothing breaks without it.

✦ Compatibility

  • No dependencies, no Harmony — styled after (but not requiring) the Nice Tab suite by Andromeda.
  • Safe to add mid-save; history starts recording from install.
  • Replaces the History tab's window via XML patch — conflicts only with mods that replace that same window. Mods that add new recorder graphs show up automatically.
  • Works without any DLC. Ideology adds the slave curve; Biotech adds xenotypes to the card headers.

Built for RimWorld 1.6. Your colony's whole story, on one screen.
