Requires Microelectronics research. Costs 150 steel, 50 plasteel, 5 components, and 1 advanced component to build.
Draws 1250W.
Runs hot: vents 20 heat/second into the room with no cap, so give it space or active cooling. Stick it somewhere unventilated and it will cook the room.
Very rarely shows up in the stock of non-tribal traders, if you'd rather buy one than build it.
